THE Wartime Leadership Podcast: The Resiliency of the girl allergic to the earth, Cindy Costly is now available! She is an author, public figure, trauma survivor, entrepreneur, podcaster, and an allergy and mast cell wellness coach. For over 34 years Cindy dealt with life altering allergies. At the age of 48 years old she had had enough after becoming severely ill forcing her to make life changes. Her story is one of healing and a strong, and powerful, spiritual awakening. Her coaching business affords her the ability to teach individuals how to listen to what their bodies are trying to tell them. The more you listen to your body, the greater chance you have at reducing and eliminating allergic responses.
During this episode, Cindy takes us through her definition of Spiritual Resilience and how it manifests in her life. She leads us through her story of resiliency. Her healing journey has been long and painful but has opened up some amazing opportunities. From sexual trauma and molestation to drugs and alcohol, her body said “I’m going to protect you from the world by making you allergic to the world.” Cindy walks us through the weekly journey of desensitizing her body from elements she experienced during traumatic events throughout her life.
