THE Wartime Leadership Podcast: The Resiliency of Charles “Chuck” Ball. Chuck is a Senior Noncommissioned Officer in the United States Air Force and has served his country for over 20 years. Chuck navigates us through how he builds Spiritual Resilience within the teams he has worked with and how it starts with having true conversations where we have the “good human conversation” with each other. He walks us through how he has led different styles of teams. From Security Force (military police) to the Health Administration career field he operates in how. Chuck explains the importance of mentors in professional and personal settings and PERSPECTIVE must be shifted. Lead with love.
Chuck has been through a lot in his career and his family has always been near to his heart. He grew up poor and chose to change the narrative of his family. Chuck takes us down his journey and how, during the course of one deployment, his life was uprooted by tragic losses of family and friends led to depression taking over his joy.
