THE Wartime Leadership Podcast: The Resiliency of Podcast Legend Tripp Bodenheimer…the third. Tripp is a legend to me because of the amount of mentorship he has provided me over the course of starting this podcast and the development phase of our beginnings. Tripp is a Senior Noncommissioned Officer with the United States Air Force. He is an instructor with the Enlisted Professional Military Education Instructor Course. He has dedicated his professional career with building up and helping people. This passion has developed into the format for his podcast The Shadows (www.theshadowspodcast.com) where he has created a forum for people to own the dark moments in their lives and step out of their shadow and help people heal.
During this episode, Tripp defines what and how spiritual resilience resonates in his life. He walks us through the shadowed moment he carried with him for years. During a time when Tripp was traversing some of the most difficult circumstances, he gives perspective for how to use those moments to build up others around you. Tripp has dominated through his pain to rise from the shadows.
