THE Wartime Leadership Podcast: The Resiliency of Nina Choy-Rohmiller is now available! Nina is a Co Host with the Llama Leadership team and a Supervising Bridge Engineer with the California Department of Transportation. She began her Civil Engineering career with the United States Air Force having served 5 years as a Major Projects Program Coordinator. During this episode, Nina takes us through her definition of Spiritual Resilience and how it manifests in her life. She tells us why there must be a balance between all of the pillars of resiliency and how those are used to maximize the full potential of who you are. Nina walks us through how the engineering career field chose her and how it helped form some of the most lasting friendships and mentorship opportunities in working with officers and enlisted alike. Nina’s passion has helped her remain engaged with helping others be the best versions of themselves. Nina walks us through a time in her life where she had to lean on the spiritual pillar to navigate an experience no parent WANTS to take.
